I buy your XXX service, what does this entitle me to receive free support for?
Initially, you will receive free support for any service you pay monthly or annually for
So, if you buy ADSL Broadband from us, the support for this product would be free of charge, as far as proving faults on a router supplied by us (if it is still under warranty, and excluding routers RESET accidentally or on purpose), or identifying loss of service. However, proving the fault to be other than with the router - i.e. on BT's network or local PC's, network etc, then this IS chargeable, and may include backup Broadband Facilities where possible. (our prices for BT fault finding are less than 1/3 of BT's own charges)
Also, if there was a 'free' email account associated with your Broadband, then FREE support is NOT available for this product, as you do not pay us for it, also, support for any other product or service (e.g. I.T. support is NOT free, just because it uses your Broadband)
You would of course, receive free support for any of our hosted services, such as web hosting, email etc, as long as it is charged out to you as a service.
For computer service and repairs, we do NOT offer a no fix no fee service, except under exceptional circumstance. However, a PC / laptop that is not fixed will have no charge if you purchase an equivalent or replacement product from us, at the time of inspection.
